SFB and SIP Line 2 - Trio 8800

Hi there

I have a polycom trio 8800

Line 1 is registered to Skype for Buiness (this works fine) video calls etc.

I have imported the TrioMultipleLines.cfg which enabled Line 1, Line 2 & Line 3

I'm trying to register line 2 agiast the IP Office so we can use it for normal calls agiast the PBX but its failing to register.

Assuming  your IPO is configured correctly for SIP, you configured the LINE 2 correctly, and you have the appropriate 3rd Party SIP license,   use Avaya Monitor and filter on SIP traffic to see where it's failing.
