One of our customers operators is using 650s with the new UC firmware 3.3.1
The operator says that sporadically (no specific pattern) she will hear ringing sound while she is on call with another person, the ringing sound is not audible to the other party.
We did capture traps and there is no ringing tone in the captured data on the phone port.. any clues??
Do we know when Polycom is releasing the next version of their firwmare??? It's been a while.

----------------For those reading this forum for the same issue, switching back to 3.2.x firmware would likely resolve your issue (we have only tried 3.2.2 which works).
