Hello you guys,

 

I would like to do a factory reset on the Polycom 550 phone, but I do not have a password. What are my options for unlocking the phone or factory resetting the phone with a default pw 456

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

Above Post explains that Polycom does not disclose within the community how to reset the Password.

 

There are already multiple posts in regards to this within the VoIP section.

 

Please raise a ticket with Polycom support via your Polycom reseller.

 

I will close this post in order to avoid having to remove any un-authorized replies.
