Remove the call forward always option

I would like to remove the call forwad always option from handsets (VVX410, ver 5.4.1) and leave call forward no answer and call forward busy.  Is this possible?

Hello BSMAJoJa,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.


To my knowledge this is working as designed as you can only remove the whole functionality and not single individual types.


Disabling the general divert.fwd.x.enabled will no longer show a divert button so no other options are offered.


Not knowing what kind of SIP PABX you are using there may be options you can control from your server.
