Hi,

 

I am installing a Polycom Ip 6000 conference phone and after unboxing and connecting to a POE, it is stuck at the Welcome Screen. Been stuck fro a couple of hours. Even after unplugging and replugging again.

Is this the Polycom provided cable or a PoE switch ?
