Hello -
I just noticed on our FTP provisioning server that we're getting duplicate logs in the \logs directory and the root directory. HAs anyone ever seen this? The 0000000000.cfg is set to send the logs to \logs. It's also happening witht eh call lists and the override files.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
Please also include what type of phone(s) you seeing this issue with.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hello Ben,
You need to open a service ticket with your Polycom reseller so Polycom support can have a look at this.
If the reseller is some Internet discounter and is unable or unwilling to do this please provide me with a MAC address of one of the phones and I look this up.
