I am new to this and have been trying to configure a Polycon Soundstation IP 7000 but cannot seem to get it to work. I have setup an FTP server on the internet and configured a directory / user. It seems to connect to that but am still having issues. 


It appears to be looking for a file  called sip_4014.ld which I cannot seem to find in any of the downloads. 


Below is what appears in the log file

Welcome to the Poly Community.

 

Some of these older phones software has been removed so it can be tricky to find this.

 

From our FAQ:

Thank you, I updated the config on the phone to use that provisioning software and it re-loaded the application and seems to be working.
