Hello Ayadov,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
It would be nice if you could follow up your older post's => here <= as other community members may find these and wonder if the replies given helped you troubleshooting your original issues.
UC Software 4.1.6 is no longer a supported Version as it has been replaced by UC Software 4.1.8, 5.2.0 or even 5.1.3
Please update your phone and re-test the issue and then provide some details about the scenario the above error occurs.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

----------------Hello Steffen
I never got anything resolved when I post here. You always respond back with the same respond to update the Softwere. Our company deploy toused of Polycom phones everty month. we can't just update phones softwere without testing and it take long process, my question was about log file, this log can be the same for many different IOS, just pleaase answer my log question if you can.
Thank you
Arie
Hello Arie,
having gone back over your old emails the only time I advised you to upgrade is when I am confident that a bug you think you encountered was fixed in a later release.
In some of the post's I even provided the Engineering ID so you could verify this against the release notes.
Double checking the officially released 4.1.6 (4.1.6.5328) build shows me that it seems you are running some sort of special build in addition.
Checking your contact details I know that you are working for a large partner of ours and I do not believe posting customer impacting issues should be troubleshot via the medium of a community.
We simply require more details than just the log snippet above. This needs to be troubleshot with the SIP signalling and we need to know the software level on your end and require complete logs and wireshark traces.
Having a brief look internally the error message indicates the icon is set to invalid icon ID that doesn't exist. We also would need to know how many BLF's are presented to this phone.
UCS 4.1.6 originally introduced the Expansion Module and since then many updates and enhancements have been made to the BLF especially.
Asking to replicate this on a single individual phone running a currently supported build should not be to difficult but in order to troubleshoot this professionally and potentially backport a fix to a tested build for your Platform is completely out of scope via the community.
Please contact me via the community mail so I can get an Polycom Solutions Architect to work with you in your geographical area.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

----------------Hello Steffen
Thank you for your respond back. My question was only on How do we read app and boot logs. we are going thru logs 10 hours a day every day here at the NOC, I just need some information or documents on how to read and Understand the logs files.
Can you assist with that?
FYI That phone have 30 BLF Monitor lines on it
Thank you
Arie
Hello Arie,
like I already replied the officially released 4.1.6 (4.1.6.5328) build shows me that it seems you are running some sort of special build 4.1.6.5112.
The logs messages usually require certain log modules enabled in order to troubleshoot specific issue. In addition without access to our internal system you will not be able to match these against known cases.
There is no official document available that we provide to partners that I am aware off. An official relationship with a Polycom Sales Engineer should help you and once I know what geographical region you are in I can make that contact for you.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
