I just got  Poly com sound-station IP7000 and trying to set it up, after connecting the LAN cable to the 48v POE,the Polycom soundstation IP7000 boot, displays white, blank screen can someone help in fixing this

Not knowing the history of the device aka age we must assume the unit is broken.

I can login to the device using the IP it provided on my network, but the screen displays white, blank screen. Is there anything i can do to fix this
