We have a Polycom VVX500 that is on version 5.1.1.3331 and we have monitored extensions. We want to silence alerts and not show the screen of the number on a Polycom VVX500 when an extension that is being monitored is called?
I set up the following parameters
Parameter: BLF_Monitor_Display ApplyingTo: Polycom* DefValue: Dont_Display <attendant attendant.behaviors.display.spontaneousCallAppearances.normal="0" attendant.behaviors.display.spontaneousCallAppearances.automata="0" />**END_SIPPS_VALUE** Value: Display **END_SIPPS_VALUE**
This is supposed to allow only the LED and line icon next to the monitored users name to change and all the attendant ringtones are disabled.
After implementing the above , the LED and line icon do not change, it appears to just turn everything off.
Does anyone know how I can silence alerts and not show the screen on the extension being monitored but allow the led or line icon to show when a call comes in ?

To answer your new query UC Software 5.1.1 is no longer supported. Please use a current software like 5.1.3, 5.2.3 or 5.3.0
