Hi,

We have Polycom vvx400 phones, we have upgraded all phones to the current software version to see if it will resolve the error (which it didn't)

Current software version :

5.6.0.17325

Recently our provider did an update and they no longer work. It is making life very difficult and we can't see who is on calls.

We setup the busy lamp field on the web interface with:

names

and extension numbers

Can any one help please?

Hello experttechit,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Did my previous replies => here <= answer your question or did you open a ticket or solve your issue otherwise ?

For your new issue the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Nov 4, 2011 Question: How can I setup a Busy Lamp Field / BLF with an Digium Asterisk SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above does explain how to troubleshoot using the phones logs. If you are unable to do so please open a support ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
