Hi,  Just trying to setup Polycom Trio before delivering to the customer.  I have read the manual on setting up Skype

 

Says Click Sign in (Button is not there)  other option Click settings, Features, Microsoft Skype for Business.

I can see Settings, Features but no Skype for Business.  All I have is Do not disturb, Forward, Removable Storage Media and Voicemail.

 

I have alsowatched a utube video showing the Sign in button on the front screen again this is not there. 

 

Can someone assist please 🙂

Hello Dan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Resolution: Please check here

Most likely you have purchased a unit without LYNC or Skype for Business Licence on it so therefore you need to:

 

  • Purchase the license separately
    Explained => here <=
  • Switch into Skype for Business Mode
    Explained => here <=
