Polycom Soundpoint Ip 430

Goodevening, 

I need Help.

I have a Polycom Soundpoint IP 430

I have found the IP address and I have entered the config page.

But I can see only the "general" info.

As soon as I try to start to configure the phone, a pop up ask me ID and PSW

I think it mean the default ID and PSW.

Can someone tell me both of them because I'm not able to find.
