Hello, 

 

I have this used phone that has been facotry restored. 

I am at the the screen where it says "Welcome! ## seconds until boot.  Waiting for network to inialize... 

 

But the phone loops back to the "Welcome! screen again. 

 

What steps do I take in order to obtain an IP address so I can enter it in my browswer to configure it?

 

The phone is currently on version 4.4.0.0080
