Hello,

some days ago I updated a Siemens OpenScape office MX from V3 R1.1.1013 to V3 R3.4.0 (last release).

All is working perfectly except all the Polycom SoundStation IP 6000: before the update they worked for years, but now they are registered (SIP), they receive calls, but when I can't call (internal subscribers and external calls too, warning tone).

I tryed the SoundStation with another OpenScape Office MX V3 R3.0.0 and problem is the same.


Model: SoundStation SSIP 6000
Assembly: 3111-15600-001 Rev:K
Bootblock: 2.8.0_15600-001.0016
BootROM: 4.1.1.0232
SIP Version: 3.0.4.0061
PolyDSP PNX1500 Mem1 FS2 Version: 2.0.0.0408

How can I fix the problem? Is there some firmware upgrade that fix it? If yes, how to upgrade fw and where to find it?

Hello Genik,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Maybe the way the Siemens expects the registration from the SSIP6000 has changed to a different format and only Siemens would be able to advise you on this.

Most likely your phone is no longer registered and therefore only accepts inbound calls to its IP Address.
