Hello Fellow Polycom'ers,

We recetnly upgraded our Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 from "BootROM 4.3.1 & UC Software 3.3.2" to "Updater 5.0.8 & UC Software 4.0.9". We noticed that after doing the update, the WebGUI portion will not load up and we get a 401 unautorized. I was curious if someone knew where to go to allow for http (or https) access?

**UPDATE**

I have used Google Chrome and find that I can now log in. Any support for IE?

I believe we currently do not support IE11 or later.

Do you know if Polycom is planning to update any furture firmware revisions so that IE (11 and beyond) will work once again?
