Hi,

 

I have switched VOIP providers and have misplaced the password to log into the phone. I am trying the 456 and also holding 1357 and neither seems to work.  Does anyone know how to do a factory reset on this phone when you forgot the password?

Hello sdgmarketing,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

We do not disclose in public how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.

 

Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.

 

Please contact our support team.

 

We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.

Well not sure if you were aware but they are out of business and can't reach them.  So i have a SIP phone that I cannot use now or no one from the MFG that will help point me on such a simple function?  Is that how I understand it?
