How can, as a moderator, mute and unmute all the lines of the participants?

Hello mee,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The phone itself has no built in facility to manage a internal conference and mute individual lines.


What you most likely are talking about is the ability to dial into a bridge and be a chair person and use star ( * ) or hash/pound ( # ) codes to control the meeting.


You meeting provider would need to supply these to you.


As the phone can only hold a 3 party conference it should not be to difficult to advise the two other parties to mute their end.
