Hi,

I cannot get the mute keys on the external mics to work on the ip6000. When in a call and a user presses the mute button on the external mics there is no change; the indicator light stays green and the mic does not mute.

If they press the mute button on the phone it work correctly and mutes all mics.

The part # on the external mic is 2201-15855-001. Wondering if this is actually compatible with the IP6000?

This is happening on all mics and all IP 6000's.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks -- makes sense. I'm getting back with the reseller who did not deliver the correct product.
