HP Recommended

Prior to that my phone was making an audible tone and my headset was too (for incomming calls). Now since my phone was reset my phone no longer makes the tone, but the headset does. Is there anyway to turn the phones audible tone back on?

 

I have checked all phone settings

 

please help
