Hi guys

After upgrading from 4.0.2B on a 550 to 4.1.1 the call lists still disapper after every reboot - I fund the following post:

http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/Polycom-550-Call-Lists/m-p/28134#M4067

which states there is a bug and was just wondering if this is supposed to be fixed in 4.1.1?

Cheers

Dave

In the 4.1.1 admin guide it states:

Page 122:

The call lists on the SoundPoint IP and SoundStation IP phones will not be cleared or deleted when the phone reboots

Cheers

Hello Dave,

From memory I believe you are using SIP Servers and not LYNC

From the FAQ (and also release notes):

Jun 30, 2015 Question:What is the difference using the UC Software 4.0.0 for compatible SoundPoint or SoundStation IP Phones?

Resolution: Please always check the release Notes or

Software Version  Call Server
4.0.X SIP Only
4.1.X LYNC Only

In addition in regards of Call List's aka <mac>-calls.xml:

Aug 07, 2015 Question:Why are Polycom SoundPoint or SoundStation IP Phones not uploading their Calls.XML list?

Resolution: This is only a supported feature on the VVX Phone range
