We came back on a Monday morning to have one of the office phones not working.  When a call comes in or a call is transferred to this particular phone, the voicemail does not pick up.  It just rings and rings.  Accessing the portal indicates it should pick up after three rings, and no boxes are checked to change/temporarily disable this.  HELP!  (Thank you)

Have you contacted the person who looks after your SIP PABX yet as it would seem to be an issue at that end.
