Poly Trio displays default banner as conferenceid@...

Hi Team,

We are experiencing issue with default banner on bottom of the screen "conferenceid@customerdomain.com" when using CVI solution for MS teams gateway with Poly VTC hardware Trio 8800, visual+ and eagle eye cameras. This happens when any of the participant share the content via MS teams client app/web and participant joined from VTC device see the attached banner on bottom of the screen which looks likes part of the presentation slide. Any configuration parameter on trio to be disabled

to remove the default banner presentation like "voIpProt.SIP.CID.request.sourceSipMessage" etc ? Please assist !!!
