Poly Trio C60 using VoIP and Teams

I have a Poly Trio C60 and currently we have an on prem PBX we are looking at doing a cloud base VoIP system but are having some challenges getting it work with the VoIP system and Teams. Is possible to do a cloud VoIP and use Teams on the Poly Trio C60 and if so how would you configure it?
