I have a few VVX 501 phones, and was super excited when I found out that Poly released the Audio Connector application! While the phones paired perfectly fine with our PCs, I never heard any audio. After spending the last 3 hours diagnosing my configuration (including several factory resets and PBX config changes), I noticed that the setting:
reg.1.lineKeys=2
seems to be the culprit. Any value higher than 1 results in no audio!
I checked a few registration lines, and it seems like the same case- no audio if the reg.X.lineKeys is set to greater than 1.
Is this a limitation of the audio connector application, or just a bug? Appreciate your help!
My setup is:
VVX 501 version: 6.4.3B
Poly PC Audio connector version: 1.0.0.10
Computer: Windows 10 21H2

Is the issue that you never get the Audio Pop Up when using 2 lines or more?
If yes please get this into our support organisation and mention my name so this can be assigned to me as I believe I can replicate this with a VVX 501 running 6.4.3
I could not replicate this using a VVX 250

----------------If by popup do you mean the green background display that shows up on the phone when playing audio? If so, then yes - no popup when 2+ lines are registered.
