Hi
Have Polycom phone and its fine wanted cordless Headset so bought the plantronics , followed all instructions about the setting on the cordelss base and the phone as well and zilch. Cannot get a sound from the headset. Anyone any ideas as used these headsets before without issue . Thanks

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.
It may also help if you tell us what kind of Polycom phone you are using at present.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
