Hi just wondering if anyone experienced this as I can't figure it out from the administrator manual.

Some of our customers are on VDSL connections which may not be very stable, what we've noticed is times when their wan connection drops down and the polycom vvx410's lose registration to the sip server, then the wan comes back up yet the phones take ages to re-register, or sometimes they do not re-register until rebooted.

The SIP server sends the following timers:

expires=300;q=0.5

And on the VVX410 I have setup:

reg.1.server.1.expires="180"
reg.1.server.1.expires.overlap="30"
reg.1.server.1.register="1

Just wondering if i may have missed anything obvious?

Regards,

Andrei.
