Phone cannot download cfg file from server.

Hi,

This all started when we Upgraded Avaya Session Manager to 7.1 and all Our Polycoms IP5000. 7000 an Duo were on a old platform and cant answer any incomming calls. I downloaded the new UC along with the boot  from a FTP server we were using for Spectralink 8440 units. and now have the updated software to the unit 4.0.14.

However would like to upload the extension and Lable info from the FTP to the unit. I must be doing something wrong since I know its not a firewall issue. Here are some snaps of the MAC.cfg // Reg-Basic and SIP basic files   Can you assist?

I was using the Provisioning guide from Polycom but it does not seem to work. Thnaks Joe

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the relevance of the 000000000000.cfg or <mac>.cfg?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

You managed to mess up the file structure so the phone cannot load its configuration.
