Hello Enodano,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge this feature was only added in UCS 3.3.0

Please check the UCS Admin guide page A - 74

You need to ensure that your Phone can run UCS 3.3.0 or newer Software.

The Standard Lock behavior is described in detail => here <=

Hello Enodano,

you replied that your current Version is SIP 3.1.3.0507.

Above does not support this feature and I explained that this was only added in UCS 3.3.0 and you therefore need to update your software.

I have now in addition created a new FAQ post explaining the feature:

Apr 23, 2013 Question: How can I lock my phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

I already posted the Link on how to upgrade the Phone and how to check the Software Version so both of these questions have been answered as well.

So please:

  • check your software Version as advised
  • Upgrade if needed
  • follow the new FAQ post

If you still struggle with the above please contact your Polycom reseller and/or follow up the advise in my signature.

Best Regards

how about this version PolycomSoundPointIP-SPIP_335-UA/3.2.6.0314  and from your post how do i enable the  enhancedFeatureKeys pls

HP Recommended

Hello Enodano,

SIP 3.2.6 is not UCS 3.3.0 or higher!

We named our Version SIP up to version 3.2.x

Since UCS 3.3.0 only the name UC Software / UCS is being used.

The SPIP335 can run UCS 4.1.0 Rev B and you can then follow up the post / FAQ

You can see the separate versions on the SPIP335 support site = >here <=

The latest Software can always be found => here <=

Please contact your Polycom reseller for any follow up questions as all information has been provided.

Best Regards
