Hi Guys we are currently experiencing problems with our Sound Station 7000,

We're getting an error message that says 'could not contact boot server with exsisting configuration'

Then we get a message saying "running, APP = SIP.ID but on the top left of the phone the ethernet symbol is not filled in.

We currently have a SIP server of 192.168.1.151 and this appears to setup on the phone, aswell as a static address of 192.168.1.225

I've tried adding the phone onto the network via DHCP but we get the error 'Failed to get boot parameters via DHCP'

We currently have a switch which is 192.168.1.150, linked with our talkwire box on .1.151 which is the outbound route to our SIP server.

Does anyone have any idea what we can try to get this to work?! we're really struggling here...
