I am selecting a POE switch to support some SoundPoint 335 models now plus possibly some other models later for a new client. I am trying to figure out how much power the 335 and other models take when using POE so I don't exceed the rated POE grand total power limit of the switch. I can only find the max power of the power adapter used when you plug into AC power on Polycom SoundPoint IP Phones. Netgear, my current favorite switch manufacturer has said that, in their experience, most of the lower range IP phones draw 7 watts or less via POE, but they don't have stats specifically on Polycom phones.
