Hi,

When we set

up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled

option to 0 to disable a full screen popup to VVX 1500 phone, and when incomming call is received the linekey is blinking but no callerID is displayed.

On VVX300/ VVX400 / VVX500 and VVX600 each line key displays the callerID information. This feature doesn't work on VVX1500 phone only.

Is it possible to enable callerID information on VVX1500?

The Full screen pupop covers whole screen and it's not possible to see from which line the call was received but if we disable we are not able to see the callerID information.

Hi,

Below is response from Polycom support:

---------------------

With the current implementation VVX1500 does not support "unified calllist" and if you make multiple calls it will show only one incoming call at a time, whereas other phones support "unified calllist" so they will show multiple incoming calls on the screen.

Hello licedey,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

As reminded before It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Hi

The phone is running the latest Open SIP firmware:

Model=VVX 1500
BootBlock=3.0.1 (17960-001)
Type=SIP, Version=5.4.3.1014

PBX type Asterisk.

Hi,

I tried with the latest VVX firmware 5.4.4.2473. But issue hasn't been resolved.

I treid to enabled/disable both options up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled and up.LineViewCallStatus.enabled but no luck.

The feature works fine on VVX600 but doesn't work on VVX1500 models only. It's seems like a bug.

Hello licedey,

as already reminded in the past the next step is to raise this via your Polycom reseller.

If the reseller is some Internet discounter and is unable or unwilling to do this please provide me with a MAC address of one of the phones and I look this up.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
