I have deployed 25 new XXV400 phones behind a Freepbx system (Asterisk)  We are having problems transferring calls using the soft buttons.  It seems that the hard coded button works but the soft one is not working consistantly.   The phones are using firmware 4.4.4.  Is there a difference between the hard coded button and the soft one in the codes they send?  Is there a way to program the buttons form the cfg files?  I have the Freepbx Endpoint Manager installed on the system and I can edit the CFG files.

Thanks for any help

Hello edlentz,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am not aware of a difference between the Transfer Button or the assigned softkey appearing on the screen.
