New Call Polycom Station Duo

Our company have problem with button New Call. Why do we need to press the button New call, may be we can call without push on this button? Because if used without press new call polycom just freezed and cant work.

I am not fully sure if I completely understand your issue but the FAQ contains the following post explaining the digitmap and on hook / off hook behavior of our phones:

Thanks for your answer and excuze me for my ununderstanding post ))

But problem in another.

On my polycom (SoundStation Duo) exist button "New Call" and it symbolizes off hook, but we want dial without press on button 'New Call'.

It's possible? Our polycom realy freezed if we try dial without press this button at the beginning.

I am still unsure what you are after or if you are simply describing the standard how our phones work.

 

Please check the User Guide for the SoundStation Duo on pgae 26 => here <= or clarify what you mean with the phone freezes.
