Hi,
I am trying to upload contact directory from MAC-directory.xml file(Polycom 601). I configured 28 contacts, but in result i see only 16. Is their a limit for directories, can it be changed?
Thanks.

Hello Nikita,
Did you check the log if any errors came up?
Try adding an entry manually via the Phones GUI but the memory allocation all depends on the content of the directory.
The more details within the less amount of Numbers can be stored. I played with a VVX1500 and it is around 100kb (~900 entries)
or on one of the smaller phones around 50kb (450 entries).
An old model like the 601 may have less space.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Nope, no errors:
[03/Jul/2012:16:38:10 -0400] "GET /p/ukraine/601/0004f218d16f-directory.xml HTTP/1.1" 200 3226 "-" "FileTransport PolycomSoundPointIP-SPIP_601-UA/2.2.2.0084"
But manually I can edit contacts with no problem.
I've added 28 directories in the following format but only 16 were applied:
<item>
<fn>ABC XYZ</fn>
<ct>18888888888</ct>
<sd>1</sd>
<bw>0</bw>
</item>
