Hi,

 

My issue is how to make the 'Lines' button available when using custom softkeys. I already have gone through your KB and found noting related to my issue.

 

The scenario is like this:

 

When I press the 'New Call' or 'Transfer' buttons it gives me the Dialer Screen and one of the softkeys available is the 'Lines' button, that, when pressed will give me the Lines Screen. However, when I used one of my customer softkeys: SendVM and CallPark, it just gives me the prompt to enter the extension number but no 'Lines' button available.

 

Is it possible that the 'Lines' button will be made available when using the custom softkeys?

 

Below are the required basic info:

 

Phone Basic Information
Phone Model: VVX 410
Part Number: 3111-46162-001 Rev:A
MAC Address: 00:04:F2:55:F6:E4
IP Mode: IPv4
IP Address: 192.168.1.8
UC Software Version: 5.9.5.0614 (SIP/UC using PDMS)

Welcome to the Poly Community.

We have no idea what EFK or softkeys you are using to archive this so posting a backup would help:

 

May 25, 2017 Question: Can I create a backup of my current configuration?

Resolution:Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup

Btw, using the up.OffHookLineView.enabled is not an option coz we what to see the dialer screen during offhook everytime.
