Since I updated VVX500 firmware and enabled BTOE, I notice that my pinned frequent contacts on phone's home screen are not show the correct presence status.  However, if I go into the contacts list (Home button -> Directories -> Contacts), the presence status are correct.  Is anyone having similar issue?

UCS: 5.0.1.7310

BTOE: 2.1.0

Hello Shawn,

this is a known issue I have reproduced myself and it will be addressed in a future release.

Please be aware of the following when utilizing UCS 4.1.0 or later:

The use of Polycom UC Software versions 4.1.X (“Software”) requires the purchase of a separate Software license for every device that will use the Software in a Lync environment. You may not install, access, or use the Software in a Lync environment on more devices than are listed on your license until additional licenses have been purchased and authorized by Polycom. These licenses should be purchased from the same company from which you purchased the devices. You may operate devices against a Lync server for trial purposes for up to 30 days without purchasing a license. Use of the Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.

Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.

Information in regards of License Part Numbers can be found => here <=

I have the same issue. It was doing it with version 5.0.1.4068 as well.

Click Contacts and it shows the correct presence but the home screen doesn't.

Any idea on an update to resolve this issue?

As already replied to the original poster this will be addressed in a future release.

I have not official ETA for this yet.

I was able to get this fixed.  I uninstalled my Lync 2010 client and installed a Lync 2013 client.  I then removed all my favorites and then re-added them.  That did the trick.  It must be something with the change from Frequent Contacts coding in Lync 2010 to Favorites coding between the versions.  My back-end is still Lync 2010 though.
