I have a IP 335 ip phone. When I want to login to the phone i get "could not display the webpage" .
I am shure I fill in the correct IP adress. Is there an option where you can set it on or off to login to the phone?

We do not disclose within this official Polycom community how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.
Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.
If your phone is still able to connect to the Provisioning server please reset the password via the Device Parameters documented in the Admin Guide or here
If this is not possible please contact your Polycom reseller or the person you purchased the phone from.
We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.

----------------The phones are installed by an another admin, but we are now taking over the management of VOIP and Hardware.
So we are now setting our phones to our wishes.
So how can we enable this option?

----------------Ok thanks for your fast reply, now I can see the inlog page, but the default password wont work.
I just reset the phone to factory default, but with no result. I tried username: admin Password: 123
Can you help me with that?
