Hi Steffen,

I have an IP 7000,Provisioned with firmware 3.3.2. When I set parameter reg.1.label='+91123456789'. Its reflected in the display on left upper corner of the device as '..6789'

I have an IP 7000,Provisioned with firmware 4.0.7. When I set parameter reg.1.label='+91123456789'. Its reflected in the display on left upper corner of the device as '+9112..'

The behavior is bit different in 4.x and users are confused to identify the common conference device when it shows first few digits which would be common for all user in a location.

 Please advise me if there any setting to change this alignment as needed.

 Thank you very much.

 Regards,

Ganesh

Hello Ganesh,

I am unable to replicate this:

image

reg.1.label="+91123456789"

or

image

reg.1.label="+9112345678901234567890"

Please work with the known team at Polycom Support to get further support once you checked the configuration used.

In addition you should be running UC Software 4.0.9

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
