Intermittent one-way audio when transferring calls...

We're having issues on Poly VVX 410s and 450s when resuming calls on hold when using PJSIP w/ TLS and SRTP. When resuming a call placed on hold, often times the person placed on hold will hear our user but our user is unable to hear the caller.

Server: FreePBX 16 running Asterisk 20
VVX 410 are on UC 5.9.7.4477
VVX 450 are on UC 6.4.4.3219

We were able to reduce this issue by disabling SRTP Relay Protection on the PBX but the issue does still occur albeit not as frequently.

This issue does not occur on Yealink endpoints, only Polycom

PBX log shows:
