Please direct us to a resourse that describes how to configure the intercom feature and hands free paging on a VVX 601 with Skype for Business enabled.  There was no documentation on this provided with the phones.

Hi Steffen,

Thank you for the reply.  We have reviewed the links you sent.  Forgive us for being “nubes” but we have some follow up questions:

  1. Does one insert code by exporting the existing configuration, appending it in a word processor such as Notepad, and then uploading it back to the phone?
  2. For the intercom feature to function correctly, should you assign one channel to each extension?
  3. Is there any way to make the intercom hands free on both sides?
  4. Will the intercom work on the WAN side of a router and if so, what ports does it use?
  5. Is there a link that you can send us for a complete command reference document?
