Dear Community and Supporters,

 

At the beginning of the Year 2022 we bought multiple VVX250 Phones.

Current installed Software:

UC-Softwareversion5.9.6.2996
Updater-Version5.9.7.42880

 

RealPresence® Resource Manager Software Version 10.9.0-253372

Right now we are having Issues with the phones automatically being integrated into the RealPresence Manager. All our VVX411 are having 0 Issues.

When Trying to Add the Phones Manually we get the Message:

On the Jserver.log i see that the Phone is trying and the Main Issue I see is: IP Adresses und Poly Realpresence DNS has been filtered out.
