We get this error in the logs on the phones. At the same time there is a Triangle with an explanation mark on the screen.

Can anyone help us.

Hello BGC_support,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please be aware that UCS 4.0.1 has been superseded by UCS 4.0.2 Rev B.

 

The Log Entry is just caused by the Phone displaying the Icon on the screen. I suggest you upgrade the Software, test the phones and if it re-appears check the logs and open a case with Polycom Support via your Polycom Reseller.

it looks like there is some network flooding going on. Are you using the paging feature in your setup or it may be some traffic.

 

Please work with your Polycom Reseller on this as you have not yet stated if this is causing you any issues.
