IP7000 reboots when receiving or making calls

Our ip 7000 reboots if receiving a call or making a call. You can hear a dialtone briefly but it reboots within a second or two.

Any ideas?  Its connected to an Avaya IP Office 500.

Hello mrmoto,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is most likely a configuration issue and you have not yet provided any details in regards to the currently used software version.


I suggest, if not already done so, to setup a provisioning server so the phone can write its own log files.


The best next step is to troubleshoot this via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
