Is there any particular function of the cover / knob on the back side of IP550? I cannot rotate nor remove it. I was hoping this is something what would adjust the length of the headset's hook.
As I installed the phone on the wall, the hook is too short to support the headset in upright position - I keep knocking it down.
Any thoughts on how to adjust that?
Thank you,
Jack
