Hello

 

I have an IP335 in my home office connected to VOIP.MS. I cannot navigate my voicemail or teleconference systems because the phone will not send any DTMF tones. I haven't used the phone in a while but I remember this working when I origanillay installed the phone. I have looked through the settings but can't find anything obvious.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

The Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum encourages all users to utilize the search facility first before posting a new topic. This is a common forum practice and avoids post's filling up the forum that all cover the same question and have been answered in the past.

 

In addition I as a moderator have created a FAQ with the most commonly asked questions. 

 

Searching for the word DTMF should have highlighted => this <= Topic in the FAQ:

Could you therefore be so kind and check this post and compare the suggested Values with your phone's settings and if you struggle further please provide, as suggested in the FAQ, the Software Version of your Phone.

 

Most likely a wireshark trace taken at a spanned/mirrored port on your Phone can show if the Phone sends DTMF and in what method.

 

You may need to liaise with your Polycom Reseller for more detailed support as the community is not a replacement for the Polycom Support.
