I have registered an IP7000 (version 4.0.12) in a callmanager (version 11.5) and I need to integrate it with your directory to have all contacts on the phone, will they have any procedure?

The community's VoIP FAQ describes how to add a LDAP server to the IP 7000.
The IP7000 does not support Cisco's own directory.
You can also add manually a local directory. This is also described in the FAQ.
