Greetings-
When I end a call on our IP 7000 the called or calling party on the other end does not disconnect. Using Avaya CM/SM 6.3

Hello @WSU David,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
First of all your SSIP7000 is running an unsuported version of Software and the Updater and UC Software version are not in sync.

That did the trick, the phone seems to work correctly now.
Would it be possible to verify that I am now on the latest firmware?
