How do I remove the desk stand form a Polycom CX500 IP phone?  It seems like I should be able to just pull it out, but it won't come out.  Is there some trick to it?

Hello scheumanjr,

I had a look in my lab and there is a little hole above the Desk stand.

Once pressing a tool inside this (screwdriver or even a pin) the stand comes out rather easily.

Thanks for the reply.  I had already looked at the User Guide, searched this forum and Googled it as well with no luck.

Anyone else have any ideas?  I can't ge the desk stand off of any of our CX500 phones.  Even with two people pulling against each other.
