Dear All,

 

I am totally new in this business. We have started to use Lync 2013 and it works fine. Now for the meeting rooms I wanted to setup some IP phones, in my case the Soundpoint IP335.

After many hours of searching and reading I haven't found a way to set these phones up. I can't find how to install the needed UC software 4.1.0 Rev B.

If more information is needed I will post it. Just ask what you need to know.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Only the VVX500 and VVX600 running UCS 4.1.2 Rev B support LYNC 2013

 

I am unable to comment on a date for LYNC 2013 support for the rest of the SoundPoint / SoundStation family.

Well that it doesn't support Lync 2013 isn't the problem, it supports Lync 2010 and therefore will work for our purposes.. I have a big problem to get the UC Software 4.1.0 rev B installed. There I don't understand how to do it.
